• Business data: projects, line items, costs, change orders, invoices, and team members you enter into the platform.
• Usage data: page views, signups, and basic analytics (referrer, browser type) to improve the product.

• To authenticate you and manage your team's access.
• To improve the product and fix issues.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We use third-party infrastructure (Supabase for database and authentication) to operate the service. Your business data is isolated to your company and visible only to the team members you invite.

4. Data retention & security

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us. We apply role-based access control and encryption in transit.
